AHrik - Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the shipping and delivery procedures for all orders placed on www.ahrik.com.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Saturday). Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- Sale Periods: During high-volume periods like festivals or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a separate notification once your order has shipped.
- Verification: We reserve the right to contact customers for order verification. Bulk orders (10+ items) may require additional verification.
2. Shipping Timelines & Charges (Pan-India)
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our trusted logistics partners, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Availability: COD is available on orders up to a value of ₹15,000 in most serviceable locations.
- COD Fee: A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹75 is applied to all COD orders.
- Payment: Please provide exact cash at the time of delivery. UPI may be accepted, subject to the delivery agent's capability.
- Confirmation: COD orders require telephonic confirmation before dispatch. Your order may be cancelled if you are unreachable. Refusal to accept a COD order upon delivery may result in future COD restrictions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can monitor the real-time status of your order via the "Track Order" page on our website or through your account dashboard.
5. Delivery Terms
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse. We will notify you after each failed attempt.
- Recipient Responsibility: A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure an authorized person is available at the provided address to receive the order.
- Address Changes: Address modifications are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, changes are not permitted.
- Partial Shipments: An order may be split into multiple shipments based on product availability. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees for this. Each shipment will have a unique tracking number.
6. Delivery Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders)
- Damaged or Tampered Package: If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Please inform our customer support team immediately.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: Report any incorrect or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for processing such claims. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and replacement at no extra cost.
- Undelivered Orders: If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeline, please contact our customer support. We will investigate with our logistics partner. A full refund or replacement will be issued for packages confirmed as "lost in transit."
7. Delays & Force Majeure
AHrik is not liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation strikes, or pandemic-related disruptions. We will proactively communicate any known delays.
