At AHrik, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our return and exchange process is simple and straightforward.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange


To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet these conditions:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and in their original state.
  • Timeframe: The return must be initiated within the specified window (15 days for online payments, 7 days for COD).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Innerwear and lingerie (due to hygiene standards).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products damaged by misuse or wear and tear.
  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."



2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange


Step 1: Submit Your Request

Contact our Customer Care team with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for the reverse pickup.

Step 3: Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including the invoice. Our courier partner will handle the pickup.



3. Refund Process


Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. (For COD orders, this may take 7-10 business days).
  • Online Payments: The refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: The refund will be transferred to the bank account or UPI ID you provide. We do not offer cash refunds.

Please Note: For "change of mind" returns, the return shipping charge of ₹99 will be deducted from the final refund amount.



4. Exchange Process


We offer a one-time free exchange per order for size or color variations of the same product, subject to availability. The new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days after we receive the original item.



5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

  • Report Issue: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Providing an unboxing video or photos is highly recommended for a faster resolution.
  • Resolution: We will provide an immediate replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges, at no extra cost to you.



6. Shipping & Other Charges


  • Who Pays for Return Shipping:
    • AHrik Pays: For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
    • Customer Pays: For returns due to change of mind or personal preference (a fee of ₹99 is deducted from the refund).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Handling Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹50 is applied to all COD orders.
  • COD Delivery Refusal: A penalty of ₹100 will be charged for refusing delivery at your doorstep to cover logistics costs.
